CUMRAGS is a love story that follows Blade (they/them) and Nano (he/him), two best friends moving through Berlin’s darkrooms. The film captures how intimacy grows in places most people only see as dangerous, violent, or perverse. In the anonymous crush of bodies, in the middle of fucking, pissing, and bruising, Blade and Nano find a different kind of closeness — one that escapes the rules of traditional friendship and sex. For Blade, a full-service sex worker, darkrooms offer a rare kind of freedom: the chance to be witnessed without negotiation, without names. Through scenes of raw sexuality and tender gestures — hands held mid-fuck, cigarettes lit between sessions — CUMRAGS challenges the way we think about queer sex, pleasure, belonging and care. In the nameless dark, bodies become meat, through it, acts of violence and tenderness coexist and anonymity becomes the language of connection.
