As she tries to find medicine in the bunker, leaving Canela alone, the horrifying truth comes to light at the infection begins. Barbie has impregnated Canela, infesting her body with numerous parasites that begin to grow inside of her, turning Canela into a mutated monster. Clemence returns to find Canela has turned. She tries to finish off her friend before it’s too late but Canela gets the upper hand, pinning Clemence down whilst she gives birth to one of her nurtured parasites, allowing it to invade Clemence’s body. With her mind slowly crumbling away to the parasite’s toxins, Clemence must witness the horror of her two partners having turned into monsters, knowing that the same fate awaits her.
