Error from Fastfile: "This server is in maintenance mode. Refresh this page in some minutes."
This problem seems to be persistent and widespread. Several other Fastfile folders suffer the
same problem.
Is it possible to fix this (When?) or is it an internal Fastfile issue and all we/you can do is wait?

Correction: It's actually 45 files... :/
It seems that the number of files afflicted is growing...

Unfortunately, these files cannot be recovered, this is a technical problem, I'm really sorry.

Thank you for responding. Is this problem temporary or permanent?
i.e. Might Fastfile fix those servers/files at some point?
Alternatively, is it possible to reupload all those files if they
are permanently lost on these servers?

Check those files that did not work, they may have been restored.
