Anyone knows this girl or the name of this scene?

There is a Video, which I downladed long time ago, but the quality is really bad. Does anyone knows the name of the scene or even know, where I can download a version with a better quality? It would be great, if anyone of you could help me with that, because its one of my favorite scenes.
